Using Admin Panel
Step 1: Login to your WordPress admin panel and navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin
Step 2: Click Upload Plugin button at the top of the page, then the Choose File button on the next page.
Using FTP
- Using an FTP client to access your host web server, open directory to copy the theme in wp-content/themes directory provided by WordPress.
- Extract theme from archive and upload to the host server in wp-content/plugins/your_plugin

Step 1: Login to your WordPress admin panel and navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin
Step 2: Search for the plugin name that you want to install, then click on the Install Now
Step 3: Once the Plugin is installed click Activate
